ARE YOU READY TO ENTER THE DIVINE TEMPLE WITHIN?
This is a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and practice of traditional hatha yoga as well as yin restorative yoga. We will dive into the philosophy of ancient yogic texts through today’s. How can we relate to and apply the ancient wisdom to our daily lives in our journey towards contentment and peace?
You’ll be immersed in the breathtaking natural surroundings of the eco sanctuary, La Finca Paradíso. This place is an oasis where you can totally surrender to the healing process on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
This 7 day retreat is suitable for practitioners of all levels. The course is designed for health conscious individuals with an open mind and heart to heal, grow and blossom through yoga practice.
During this one week, allow us to guide you through your journey of self discovery, as you navigate through the challenges and connect with your divine being.
The eco farm La Finca Paradíso comprises of around 6000 trees, fountains, pools and corners full of flowers giving you a feeling that you are in a real oasis. There are so many relaxing and quite places where you can take a deep breath and dive into your inner world.
In July, the weather in Almería is very pleasant. The temperature is between 23 and 33 degrees Celsius. Around La Finca paradiso there are many vine yards and olive trees fields. Even though in July, it is a little bit drier, La Finca Paradíso has its own ecosystem that nourishes its garden.
Activities that are regular on this retreat will give you a firm and solid basis for the healing process to take a place.

Additional activities that are part of our retreat are planned to enhance your experience:
- Intuitive dance (healing through spontaneous movement)
- Sound healing (healing vibration of various instruments)
- Mantra chant
- Om chant circle
- Shamanic ritual temazcal (based on request – subjected to an additional charge)
- Personal massage or healing session (based on request – subjected to an additional charge)
Extra activities can be arranged if desired:
- Excursion to the beach (20 minutes by car)
- Visit of a typical town of Andalusia (Mojácar)
- Visit of a natural park Cabo se Gata (40 minutes by car)
Please note that all of these excursions are at an extra cost.
Who are your guides?
Both Hana and Reem are hatha yoga certified teachers and travelled to India and other spiritual places such as Bali and Cambodia to learn, heal and grow. Hana and Reem met in England during their university years in 2017. Since then their friendship has grown stronger, sharing their spiritual journey as soul sisters. Both Reem and Hana have their own and individual mission, but on this retreat they share this space to create a special merge.
ACCOMODATION
There are three types of rooms. All the rooms are non AC, but all have fans.
- 2 STANDARD rooms with shared bathroom and twin beds
- 5 SUPERIOR rooms with a private bathroom and twin beds
- 4 DELUXE rooms with a private bathroom, double beds and more private space
FOOD
Mediterranean vegetarian food will be served powered by local products. This includes diary, gluten and nuts. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance for us to be able to cater to your needs! For the retreat centre it is a pleasure to prepare food according to your dietary requirements.
YOGA SHALLAS FOR OUR PRACTISE
Morning hatha yoga class will be suitable for everybody and an option for each asana will always be provided. The practice will be generally very loving and kind with a deep focus on breath work and meditation during the movement. We will explain some advanced postures so that you can try to work towards them slowly. In the morning, the practice will also be focused on the activation of the body through pranayama practice (breathing) enabling our system to detoxify naturally.
Our afternoon restorative yin yoga class will help you dive deeper into your practice, both physically and mentally. Yin yoga is a very healing process through which the subconscious level of the mind can be accessed. When achieved, this releases the tension from your whole system. We safely work on the flexibility of the body and reach the connective tissues that usually hold on to a lot of tension.
